What I am sharing here is not meant to be absolute or the final word.

It is meant as an alternative perspective for you to consider. I share this with you in hopes that it will reveal something to you that is personal and intimate, beyond that which words can touch. It might not be a linear conclusion but rather a doorway into an underworld that exists within you.

Devotion2Depth is all about how the underworld, our internal, unseen world, exerts its effects in the world in which we live, personal and collective, and how these different realms are inseparable. How by journeying into the underworld (the world of felt sensations beyond where the mind can go) we can learn from these journeys in order to come through to a belonging in this world with greater wholeness.

If you have experienced a state of being self-connected as opposed to running on autopilot and you wanna increase the frequency of being in that state of self-connection,- then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If you can feel self-connected some times (e.g. during workshops, when alone in nature, when meditating) but then in certain areas of your life (e.g. in parenting, when at work, when creating for your business, around love and relationships) you tend to go back to autopilot even though you know you would love and benefit from staying close to your core in those areas too – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If you often find yourself struggling, striving, pushing through and pulling yourself together or putting on a mask to keep up with the world around you, but deep down you know that there is another way, an effortless way, a way of being in this world that is slower, at least on the inside – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If you believe that instead of changing things around in the external world there is a faster way to feel good and safe and satisfied, which is by going inside, but you also wanna be careful so that you are not engaging in spiritual bypassing – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If you wanna live with one foot in the unseen world, with one eye looking inwards and the other looking outwards, but have a tendency to go outside of yourself and just be attentive to the external world – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If you at times can feel very angry or extremely depleted and would love for there to be a way to meet those experiences as a portal into your inner wisdom instead of seeing them as a problem that needs to be fixed – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If you would like to welcome all those things that you believe are evidence of there being something wrong with you, what you have thought you gotta heal or change, as something intelligent, that brings you wisdom – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If deep in your bones you know all the above already but tend to forget even though you would like to be able to chose when to access that inner knowing and intelligence in everything that you do – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If you tend to make decisions using only your mind but you would love to include all your being and listen to felt senses too. And when you do it might feel different and uncertain but deep down you know that when all of you is there to make the decision about how to move your next step after that will eventually reveal itself even if the mind cannot see it yet. If you believe that true power does not come from trying to control things around us but instead is something we can connect to by being anchored into the body and the here and now, not knowing what will happen but knowing that our power is within us – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If what you are really looking for is to come back to your body and into a deep and abiding relationship with who you really are and with the present moment – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

If you can find it totally exhausting to try to fit into the fast-paced world we are living in. If it can feel like living in a foreign land where you learned and speak the language but it’s not your mother tongue – then Devotion2Depth could be for you.

In Devotion2Depth we will set a strong intention to stay as close to our core as we want to as frequently as we want and then support one another in that desire and intention for 12 weeks.

Devotion2Depth could be thought of as an accountability partner who will be there supporting each participant on that journey.

Exactly what Devotion2Depth will contain, exactly what the journey will look like – is impossible to know beforehand and each participant will bring their uniqueness into the experience and be a mirror for everyone else.

Is Devotion2Depth for you?

I don’t know. Only you can know that and I would love for you to FEEL into that much more than to think about it…

What will happen during the 12 weeks if you join Devotion2Depth

You will be invited to a Facebook-group through which we will co-create an online container for the duration of 12 weeks that will support each participant to stay as self-connected as they want to stay, throughout everyday life.

You will start by setting an intention for the 12 weeks around self-connection.

Each following week you will be invited to reconnect to this intention by creating a check-in post. In this post you will be invited to let us know how you will support yourself to stay self-connected throughout the upcoming week. You are also invited to share any past or upcoming challenges so that we can support you through those.

Every second week you will receive a recording intended to support you into self-connection and down into what we call the Underworld. These recording are not meant for the mind. They are an invitation to remember to turn inwards and to sense and to learn from what you experience as you listen in order to come through to a belonging in this world with greater wholeness.

Besides these recording there will be support, inspiration and reminders for the duration of the 12 weeks.

Together we will decide that the Facebook-group is like a sacred space where we can come to feel supported back into the Underworld and back to our intention. You will be invited to let your intuition guide you to what post you wanna read, if you wanna respond to someone else’s post or reach out to another participant for a 1:1 call in silence for example or something entirely different. This means that you yourself choose how and how much you wanna engage with this container. There is no wrong or right way to participate. You cannot ”fall behind” or ”miss out”. That’s not how the Underworld works. You will be invited to take what serves you, leave the rest and to invest the time and energy that serves you in your intention and to trust your unique process and pace.

More than a linear commitment this is a vertical commitment!

The container that we will create is meant to be a counterweight to all those things that can have us leave the Underworld so that as soon as you engage with Devotion2Depth you are inspired to come back down.

Devotion2Depth starts October 1 and we will journey together until December 31.
