In the pursuit of conventional success, we found ourselves high-functioning on the outside, yet wrestling with anxiety and unhelpful patterns in our internal world. By incorporating small, impactful practices into your everyday life, you'll experience powerful ripple effects that positively influence various aspects of your life
We completely understand your concerns, and it's important to emphasize that this is a common feeling that many people experience. It's not a sign of something being wrong with you; it's a part of the journey. SENSE is uniquely designed to fit seamlessly into your life. If you can allocate 60 minutes each week for our sessions and an additional 20 minutes during the week (perhaps before bedtime every Tuesday), the rest of the program is intentionally designed to integrate into your existing daily activities. Our ongoing chat support is there to assist and encourage you in adopting this approach at your own pace.
We also want you to know that when what we typically refer to as 'resistance' or 'self-sabotage' kicks in (although we don't label it this way), we see it as a golden moment for deeper learning. In fact, we have a special SOS chat dedicated to these moments, and we're genuinely excited about them. It's during these times that we learn the most and can guide you through valuable insights to enhance your overall experience with the program.
No, our approach is not one-size-fits-all. During the program, we provide a framework or structure based on working theories and definitions. Rather than prescribing a rigid set of rules, our aim is to guide you in discovering your unique way of using your body and sensations to navigate life.
